Posted on Elizaveta PinskayaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When we first started working with Claudine, I remember reading countless reviews from other parents. I was trying to understand what to expect and to prepare myself emotionally for the process. And during sleep training itself, I kept going back to those reviews again and again, just to reassure myself that it wasn’t only hard for us — that others had gone through the same thing. So I wanted to write this review for parents who might be in that same place right now, looking for reassurance or clarity. The first two things I want to say very honestly are these: Yes, the process can be very hard — at least for some children. And yes, it requires a lot of strength, patience, and emotional energy from parents. But at the same time, I can truly say that it works. It genuinely changes life for parents — because you can finally start sleeping again — and for children, because they learn to sleep independently, feel safe and comfortable in their own bed, and are not afraid of it. As a result of better sleep, they also feel better overall and are in a much better mood during the day. My son is now 1 year and 2 months old, and we started working with Claudine when he was 4 months old. It took quite a long time before his sleep became truly good, so if you’re someone for whom results don’t happen instantly, please know that you’re not alone. But once his sleep stabilized, we’ve had very few setbacks, and for us this has honestly been one of the best parenting decisions we’ve made. I am deeply grateful to Claudine — for her method, her guidance, her support, and her patience. She truly did something incredibly important for our family, and we will always be thankful for that.Posted on Layan El-HafiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Claudine to get my son to sleep through the night was the best decision I ever made! My son wasn’t sleeping through the night and in just 10 days she was able to guide me to get my son to fall asleep on his own and sleep through the night. Thank you for giving this MAMA the opportunity to rest and for giving my son the restful sleep he needs to grow ❤️ there is no better gift than thatPosted on Ria JudgeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic non judgemental advice that works with my families routines. Sometimes as parents we just need to be listened too and she is great at doing this and then giving some great and manageable advice. Highly recommendPosted on Lucie truchetTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had one call with Claudine to help our 2.5-year-old daughter with falling asleep. We initially thought it would be a long process requiring ongoing support, but thanks to Claudine’s spot-on advice and guidance, all our issues were resolved after just that one call. Her approach is both very professional and caring. I also really appreciated her non-commercial mindset. Highly recommend her.Posted on Abhishek ChawdhryTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Claudine helped us with sleep training our 6 month old daughter. Our daughter was not able to fall asleep without milk and woke up a couple of times at night when we started, however, within a couple of weeks she started sleeping independently, did not need any milk and did not wake up at night. Claudine was highly patient with us as first time parents and had great resources to leverage as we went through the journey. She was also very responsive over messages. Highly recommend Claudine!Posted on Carolina GodinhoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Claudine truly changed our family’s life. We did sleep training with her when my daughter was just 7 months old, and she slept through the entire night on the very first night. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Even more amazing is that her great sleep has remained consistent ever since. Claudine is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. She didn’t just guide us through sleep training and disappear — she has continued to support us all the way up to now, almost a year later, whenever questions or challenges came up. Teaching our children how to sleep independently is so important, not only for their own well-being but for the whole family’s. Only a mother who has experienced sleep deprivation truly understands how hard it can be. Thanks to Claudine, our home is more rested, calmer, and happier. I truly could not recommend Claudine enoughPosted on Haneen JumeanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The best sleep training expert out there! Super responsive and helpful even outside her working hours. I always rave about Claudine to all my friends and mum groups and for good reason. I sleep trained my son with her 3.5 years ago and she still responds to all my questions whenever I need help. I also had a daughter 6 months ago and I resorted back to Claudine because she’s the only one I trust in the sleep training industry. Hands down the best experience and service!Posted on Manal SunabaraTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. With a seven month old and a two year old, we were completely exhausted and running on broken sleep. After trying and failing to fix things on our own, we turned to Sweet Dreams Sleep Consulting, and it was one of the BEST decisions we made! We worked with Claudine, who created personalised plans for both kids and supported us every step of the way. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and never once made me feel silly for reaching out, no matter how often I did - which was A LOT! Today, both of our children sleep independently. We can put them down, kiss them goodnight, and walk away. What once felt impossible is now our reality. I would recommend Sweet Dreams Sleep Consulting without hesitation!Posted on Farrah Is.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Claudine completely changed our lives. My baby had been waking constantly and I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and losing myself. From the moment we started working together, everything shifted. Her guidance was gentle, supportive, and so empowering. By 5.5 months, my baby was sleeping through the night — something I honestly never thought was possible. I got my evenings back, my energy back, and my sanity back. Claudine is not just a sleep consultant… she is a true blessing. I recommend her with all my heart.Posted on Greta LaurinaityteTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Claudine is a true expert in the sleep training field. About us
Becoming a mum to my son Joseph was incredibly rewarding but it came with a price: relentless sleep deprivation.
For the first 2 & ½ years, we endured sleepless nights that left me emotionally drained and, at times, irrational. I was exhausted and physically unwell.
Diagnosed with PTSD from a traumatic birth experience, I was at my breaking point.
I desperately needed a solution… Luckily we found a sleep consultant who was able to help us. Can you imagine the relief and joy this brought us?
I felt compelled to share the gift of sleep with others in the same situation as me.
So, I trained under Dana Obleman in the Sleep Sense™ program and founded Sweet Dreams Sleep Coaching in 2017.
Since then, we’ve helped more than 3,000 clients to achieve consistently good nights’ sleep and the feedback we receive is heartwarming.
I understand the emotional and physical toll sleep deprivation takes on you. Therefore, I want to invite you to one of our Free Sleep Consultations and help you the same way I was helped.

PS: We are currently receiving an unusual amount of enquiries. We try our best to get back to everyone as quickly as we can, but demand for our free sleep assessment can be high, so please bear with us.

Yes, we fully support breastfeeding. It is not necessary to stop in order to successfully sleep train. Our consultants will create appropriate guidance and advice to ensure breast-feeding is not impacted.
No, we do not advocate the cry-it-out method, which involves ignoring a child’s cries completely. None of our team members did that with our children and so we know you don’t need to either. Our services focus on meeting the needs of the child, in all aspects of their life; feeding, play, care and sleep. However crying is a normal and most often primary way for children to communicate. By meeting your child’s needs we can ensure to minimise any crying. During sleep training we provide tools and strategies for you to support your child in their journey to learn to sleep peacefully throughout the night and to ensure minimal crying, whilst developing healthy sleep habits.
The good news is children can learn how to fall asleep independently really quickly so the crying goes away!
Absolutely, we work with people throughout the world. We offer both video calls and online services. All our services ensure the same success, be it face to face or online.

Yes, sleep training lasts with consistent routines and positive associations. Occasional maintenance might be needed during developmental stages, but good habits will ensure long-term success.
